I love the concept here, and how You did fabricks. But, if this day and memorizing it means so much to You, You should kill off Your pencil to make this picture perfect. What destroys it: fabricks are beautiful, but this black, done (correct me if I'm guessing wrong) in hurry part is destroying everything. Same goes for clouds and wings (more appropiate would be swan wings - they're beautiful and a great reference for angel wings.
I don't want to be mean or anything, because this picture and drawing it means a lot to You... All in all, this is a great piece, but I'll say here something - I'm not doing tributes to memorial days because this what I feel should stay inside me or I should (if) draw the tribute just for me, too afraid to ruin something in it.
But do what you want, it's Your pencil and paper and heart and mind.
